Our Mission
At our office we ensure that patients receive the most advanced orthodontic care. Our office regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. With patient care as our top priority this is our commitment to you.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and appreciate your cooperation.
Emergency Care
For orthodontic emergencies requiring assistance please call our office in advance so that we may be prepared to assist you. This will also allow us to provide you with reduced wait time for any emergency visits. Our office is proud to serve our community locally with specialized orthodontic care.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients we will bill insurance companies for orthodontic services. If you have any questions our courteous staff is always available to answer them. Please bring your insurance card to your initial consultation so that we may assist you in verifying orthodontic coverage. Remember to udate our office if you have any changes to your insurance during treatment.
